Property Manager — Operational Excellence
Description:
ace Property Manager, you manage the operational and financial performance of a YUNA apart hotel cluster. You guarantee an exceptional customer experience, an irreproachable quality of the apartments and smooth daily operations, in close coordination with the Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Experience teams.
Your missions:
- Operations & Quality: orchestrate daily operations, control standards, oversee housekeeping and maintenance, ensure safety & compliance.
- Customer experience: Embody the YUNA promise, manage feedback and sensitive situations, ensure a frictionless journey (before, during, after stay).
- Revenue & Performance: monitor RevPAR, occupancy rate, GOP, variable costs; contribute to yield/revenue management and channel optimization (OTAs, direct).
- Team management: recruit, train, plan and lead teams; set clear goals, support progression and service culture.
- Process & Tools: operate systems (e.g. Mews, channel manager, ticketing tools); set up SOPs and regular reporting.
- Partners & Compliance: manage service providers (linen, technical, security), co-ownership/trustee relationships if necessary, follow-up of audits and standards.
Profile sought:
- Proven experience (3 - 5 years min.) in a high-end hotel residence or apart hotel.
- Strong operational culture and a keen sense of service.
- Field leadership, quality requirements, sense of priorities and problem solving.
- Comfortable with hotel tools (PMS/CM, ideally Mews) and data-driven processes.
- Fluent French and Professional English.

Property Coordinator — Operational Support
As Property Coordinator, you play an essential role in the good coordination of operations within a YUNA establishment. As the Property Manager's real right-hand man, you liaise between the technical, housekeeping and guest experience teams in order to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and customer satisfaction at each stage. You contribute directly to the fluidity, quality and responsiveness that are the reputation of the YUNA experience.
Your missions:
- Operational support: assist the Property Manager in the daily supervision of the site (check-in/check-out, preparation of apartments, incident management).
- Housekeeping coordination: plan, control and monitor the interventions of cleaning teams and external service providers to guarantee an irreproachable level of cleanliness.
- Technical follow-up: centralize maintenance requests, ensure the link with technicians and ensure the correct resolution of interventions.
- Quality & standards: carry out regular checks of apartments, common areas and equipment according to YUNA standards.
- Tools & reporting: use internal systems (Mews, tracking tables, internal communication tools) to update information and ensure smooth reporting.
- Customer relationship: contribute to the quality of the customer experience by managing certain direct requests and by effectively relaying information to the teams concerned.
Profile sought:
- Successful experience in an operational role in a hotel, hotel residence or apartment hotel.
- Excellent organization, rigor and attention to detail.
- Team spirit, responsiveness and very good relationships with customers and service providers.
- Good mastery of digital and hotel tools (Mews or equivalent).
- Fluent French and professional English are essential.

Digital Concierge — Tailor-made experience
As Digital Concierge, you are the first contact and the face of YUNA with our travelers. True brand ambassador, you support our customers before, during and after their stay through fluid and personalized communication. Your mission: to make each experience simple, memorable and perfectly orchestrated thanks to the use of innovative digital tools and a human-centered approach.
Your missions:
- Reception & customer support: ensure attentive follow-up of travelers, from reservation to departure, via our digital platforms (chat, WhatsApp, e-mail).
- Customized experience: anticipate customer needs, recommend local addresses, organize personalized services (transfer, cleaning, massages, etc.).
- Tools & digitalization : master hotel tools (Mews, channel manager, chatbox, CRM) to guarantee fluid communication and frictionless management.
- Service & excellence: embody YUNA standards in each interaction, manage special requests and contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of our guests.
- Internal coordination : collaborate with the housekeeping, maintenance and operations teams to ensure the quality and responsiveness of the service on site.
Profile sought:
- Experience in a reception, guest relations or digital concierge position, ideally in the premium hotel industry.
- Impeccable sense of customer service, excellent written and oral communication (FR/EN).
- Ease with digital tools, sense of detail and ability to manage several requests simultaneously.
- Team spirit, natural empathy and a taste for modern and connected hospitality.

Technician — Space Maintenance
As Multipurpose Technician, you are the guarantor of the good technical functioning And of cosiness within our YUNA residences.Your mission: to ensure that each apartment, equipment and common space is flawless and operational, in order to offer our guests a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience.Through your rigor, your responsiveness and your sense of detail, you contribute directly to the high-end image and quality of our establishments.
Your missions:
- Preventive and curative maintenance : ensure the regular maintenance of installations (plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, locksmithing, carpentry, etc.).
- Follow-up of interventions : diagnose breakdowns, plan and execute repairs, or coordinate the interventions of external service providers.
- Quality control : make regular visits to the residences to guarantee technical compliance and the safety of the premises.
- Operational support : support the housekeeping and management teams during the opening of apartments, inspections or improvements.
- Inventory Management : ensure the follow-up of technical supplies and small equipment, while optimizing costs and deadlines.
- Digital tools & reporting : use internal tools (tickets, intervention sheets, photos) to document and monitor the actions carried out.
Profile sought:
- Experience confirmed in technical maintenance (ideally in hotels, residences or tertiary buildings).
- Strong general skills in electricity, plumbing, painting, locksmithing and minor refurbishment works.
- Rigorous, autonomous, organized spirit and with an excellent sense of service.
- Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly in case of emergency.
- Fluency in French, notions of English appreciated.
