Do I have to check in online before arrival
Yes, online check-in is essential to receive your access code. It must be completed upon receipt of the online pre-check-in email.
This step only takes 5 minutes to complete and guarantees you quick and informal access to the apartment.
How do I get to my apartment on the day of arrival?
Once you have checked in online, you will receive a personalized access code by email and SMS 48 hours before your arrival. It will allow you to enter the establishment and your apartment.
Important : If you do not pre-check in online, you will not receive the access code and you will not be able to access your apartment.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?
If you made your reservation directly on our site, you can easily change or cancel your stay via the confirmation email you received. Simply follow the instructions in this email to manage your reservation.
If you booked via another platform (such as Booking, Airbnb, etc.), change requests or cancellation must be made directly on this same platform, as we do not have access to your reservation file in these third-party systems.
Important : If your reservation was made with a non-refundable rate (the lowest rate available) or if the cancellation occurs outside of the cancellation period allowed for flexible rates, it is important to note that no changes or cancellations will be possible. These rates are subject to strict conditions in exchange for a favourable price. Therefore, no refunds or changes can be granted.
When booking on a third-party platform, you were offered to subscribe to a Cancellation insurance. If you have chosen this option, you can potentially be reimbursed in case of cancellation. If you did not take out this insurance at the time of booking, unfortunately it will not be possible to benefit from compensation.
In addition, we recommend that you contact your bank card insurance, because some cards offer coverage in case of trip changes or cancellations. This coverage may sometimes include financial compensation, depending on the terms of your card.

Is cleaning done every day?
For short stays, cleaning is done before arrival. Intermediate cleaning is offered for stays of 6 nights booked.
Important: For more privacy, our aparthotels do not provide for daily cleaning. However, we offer a complete cleaning every 6 nights. If you want additional cleaning, simply order it via the Yuna app or before your stay, during the online check-in.
Bed and bathroom linen provided
Just like at the hotel, your apartment is ready when you arrive: the beds are made, a set of bath towels is available, as well as welcome products in the bathroom.
The little extra Yuna: a cleaning box is also available with the essentials to maintain the apartment during your stay.
Is there luggage storage in the residence?
The residence has an autonomous luggage room on the ground floor. Upon arrival or departure, you can leave your numerous luggage in one of the lockers. The service is free.
Can we arrive before 15:00?
Access to the apartment is guaranteed from 15:00. Early arrival is possible subject to availability, at an additional cost. Contact us.
Can we leave after 10 am?
Late check-out can be offered at an additional cost, subject to availability. You can book this service during the online check-in or during your stay on our Yuna application.
Does the residence have parking?
Yuna Saint-Germain does not have private parking. However, several public car parks are located nearby, such as the Indigo Paris Rennes Montparnasse car park Or the Indigo Paris Sevres Babylone car park. We advise you to use public transport or a taxi for more convenient access to the residence.
Important: Parking in front of the building is not allowed due to Parisian regulations. We do not recommend coming by car to this address. Choose a taxi or public transport. The RENNES metro station line 12 is in front of the residence.
Is there a person on site 24 hours a day?
No, there is no physical reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. If necessary, our team remains available remotely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Important : Yuna Saint-Germain is not a hotel but a hotel residence. A majority of apartments are rented for long term rentals.
Does the residence have air conditioning?
Yes, all our apartments are equipped with an air conditioning system.
Important: However, in an eco-responsible approach, the air conditioning is activated only in spring and summer, when the outside temperatures justify it. This makes it possible to limit our environmental impact while guaranteeing your comfort during periods of high heat.
Is there an elevator in the building?
Yes, the residence has a big lift serving each floor. There's also a majestic Haussmann-style staircase, the perfect spot for an Instagram photo!
